Our Schnuckelputz was "discovered" on a trip to Southeast Asia. The recipe was developed by Kate Dreher, masterful chef and meticulous brewer of the sailing yacht Schnuckelputz. Though originally made in the south seas its effervescence is equally refreshing here in the temperate zone. We make it with organic ginger, organic lemons and organic sugar.
